At nuro co, we put a lot of care into creating projects that are engaging, flexible, and neuro-affirming. Because our resources are delivered digitally, they can’t be returned once downloaded or accessed. For that reason, all sales are final and we’re not able to offer refunds for change of mind.

That said, we want you to feel supported. If you experience a problem with your order—such as:

• accidentally purchasing the same product twice,

• technical difficulties accessing your files, or

• receiving the wrong product by mistake,

please reach out to us within 14 days of purchase. We’ll be happy to put things right, whether that means re-sending files, swapping a product, or issuing a refund in the case of a duplicate order.
